Vincent Charcoal

The third member of the local government, Vincent serves as the town planner, and is the level head in Town Hall. This is of course, a relative term, as he is prone to dreaming up overly extravagant or completely farfetched town beautification projects. However, he is the one who keeps the public happiness in mind, and his smaller scale ideas go over quite well.

Linda Charcoal

Linda is an interior designer from the capitol city. She's always happy to lend her expertise to anyone in town who is beginning a building or renovation project. She has a knack for recycling old materials into swanky new furniture, and is knowledgeable in all styles from neo-gothic to post-modern. Her worst enemy is the word ‘simple’.

Willow Tillia & Ashley Charcoal

The Charcoal triplets love to put on a show. Though they are only three years old, they know the jobs required to set up a play. Tillie finds props, Willow gets the costumes, and Ashley comes up with the lines. One day Mistoffeless was babysitting them, and helped them use the scissors and glue. They surprised their parents with a grand theatrical production when they got home.

Note: This family was made from the black cats of two tuxedo families, and an extra black baby.
